We create a truly unique photo day experience! When we set up for an outdoor event we bring full size 10' x 10' light control tents to ensure proper lighting and no squinting eyes. To be sure we get good expressions we always take more then one shot... why have a make up day when it can be done right the first time? For indoor photo shoots we have professional backgrounds that are properly lit to give you the quality you deserve. For nursery school pictures, we have the latest puppets and bring our silliest voices to get the most natural and pleasant smiles of the children.
How the Photo Day Experience Works:
Whether you are a seasoned photo coordinator or a first time parent responsible for setting up "picture day," here are some tips on what to consider when setting up for individual and/or team photographers:
- How many teams and individuals need to be shot?
- Location: To avoid weather concerns, indoors is always best. We can provide backdrops, personnel, and equipment to cover even the largest group. By using the latest Green Screen technology, we can photograph the players and then digitally drop in any background, including a custom background of your field perhaps!
- Timing: Typically most sports (excluding some sports with larger teams like football or cheerleading) don't need more that fifteen minutes to photograph ALL the individuals and the team photo. With the new digital technology and the ability to preview on site, we can eliminate blinks, blurs, and bland images before they come out of the lab. When photographing outdoors, keep the light in mind. Time of day, direction of sun, etc. are important considerations to keep in mind when we schedule any photo shoot.
- Envelopes should be distributed at least a week or two in advance. The envelopes we provide are self explanatory and show pricing that already includes applicable sales tax. Be very careful, precise, and neat when providing information for trading cards, plaques, and other custom products.
- At least one week before picture day, please provide us with a schedule or list of teams, coaches, and sponsors. That will help us prepare our staff with equipment and materials for the shoot.
- Keep a list or log of comments, good or bad from your organization. It's important that we hear about any complaints or concerns in a timely and efficient manner. We want to take care of your organization and help you with any problems.
- Have a team or parent representative on hand to assist and act as a liaison between our staff and your organization.
- Book early and avoid holidays!
