Memory Mate Photo accepts cash, checks, money orders or Visa, Master Card and Discover. Payments should be placed directly in the order envelope and handed to the photographer on picture day. Credit card information can be entered on the order envelope where indicated.
Absolutley! When you receive your picture package you will also receive a re-order form. You can contact our customer service department at 610-358-1508 and place your order over the phone, or download an order form and mail it to us.
Memory Mate Photo is partnered with our own local lab and we are able to offer an 3-4 week turnaround time. Picture packages are given to the league's coordinator who typically distributes them to each coach.
Certainly, but each child must have their own envelope with their name on it. Simply write one check to cover the cost of two or more children. Place the check in one envelope and make a notation on the others.
Sure! Our photographers will do all that they can to accommodate special requests. Want all your children in one photo? Want a picture with your star athlete and your favorite coach? No problem; just ask our photographer on picture day.
