We always send an appropriate number of photographers depending on the number of teams in your organization. We typically photograph one team every 15 minutes depending on the size of the team. We have the capability to set up multiple stations at each event and can shoot 2, 3, or even 4 teams simultaneously depending on your facilities. For outdoor shoots we photograph under tents to control the sunlight and to help prevent squinters.
Absolutely! We have several rebate programs available and we can discuss various ways to help your organization generate revenue.
Memory Mate Photo is partnered with our own local lab and we are able to offer an 3-4 week turnaround time. Special rushes can typically be accommodated with plenty of notice.
Our photographers take multiple shots of each child and digital cameras allow us to make sure we get it right the first time! For the rare instances that a retake is necessary, we can work directly with the customer to either offer a refund or set up a time for them to come to our studio for a retake.
