Our intent is for each customer to be 100% satisfied with our photographs.
However, due to the fact that photographs can be easily copied or scanned once delivered, we must limit returns and refunds to the following situations:
1.Shots of the wrong team member or team.
2.Defective prints ( e.g. out of focus, Incorrect color or density, Imperfections within print, etc.)
3.Errors in submitting orders online (see below)
Refunds will be honored if presented to us within 30 days of delivery. We will notify you via email or telephone once we have received and processed any returned item. You can expect a refund in the form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
Errors in Submitting Orders
We will always help you resolve any errors made by you in submitting an order online. But you must call us immediately to notify us of the error and request cancellation or modification of your order. In this way you never have to be concerned about trying to place an order online.
Just call us at 610-494-4401 during normal business hours and we will work personally with you to resolve the situation. Your money will always be refunded as long as you request a cancellation before your order has been processed.
